We are always happy to answer questions relating to your driveway or patio. Many questions can only be answered after conducting a quick assessment of the area, but here are some answers to questions that are often raised:
Q. I’d like a new driveway, what’s the next step?

Q. How long will it take to construct my driveway?
A. A standard size driveway to a semi detached house will take 3-4 days. We will provide an accurate estimate once we have assessed the site.
Q. Will there be a lot of mess and disruption?
A. No. We are one of the cleanest companies undertaking this type of work. All excavations/rubble etc. goes straight onto our lorry and away to the tip. All hardcore and sand is delivered on our own vehicles. No excavated material, hardcore or sand is tipped outside your property eliminating hazards to the general public, where footpaths and roads can be obstructed.
Q. Will there be a skip outside my house?
A. No skips are used, therefore no skips left for days or weeks outside your property. All material is removed by our own vehicles.
Q. How do you prepare the ground?
A. All driveways are excavated by machine to a depth of 10 inches, supply and lay type 1 MOT base, supply and Plantex Membrane, finish with bricks to clients pattern and colour choice
Q. What are the advantages of a new driveway?
A. A new driveway will enhance the visual aspect of your property, making it more attractive as well as practical. A new driveway will also be safer than an uneven old drive with trip hazards where you could be sued if someone trips and injures themselves on your property.

Q. Are your driveways guaranteed?
A. Our block paving, tarmac, imprint concrete and resin drives are guaranteed for 10 years including labour and materials.
Q: How long before I can walk or drive my car over the drive?
A: Virtually straight away after completion.
Q. What about drainage?
A. There is currently legislation that applies to surface water water from paved areas around your property. We have attended Marshalls courses regarding sustainable urban drainage systems and have certification. We can advise on the most appropriate solutions that are best suited to the paved surfaces of your property.
Q. Will my neighbours be affected?
A. Inconvenience is kept to a minimum as a result of our polite workforce and our clean and responsible working practices.
